John Lee Hooker never sued Lefty Dizz for copyright infringement. Mr. Hooker never sued Savoy Brown either. Nor did he sue Canned Heat. So why all of a sudden was he, or someone in his management network, in a hurry to sue ZZ Top for playing exactly the same thing?
The answer is very simple: ZZ Top had money.
The secret to never being sued is: HAVE NO MONEY.
